4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials presented on the Platform—including specialized algorithm layouts, test formats, rationales, database structures, stylesheets, and graphics—are the intellectual property of ACE Nursing Exams. Your membership awards you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to study platform questions exclusively for individual test preparation. Sharing your account or redistributing system questions is strictly prohibited and can result in account closure without refund.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When accessing our learning framework, you explicitly covenant not to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

  • Employing scraping scripts, automated index engines, or systematic collection tools to harvest questions or study configurations.
  • Circumventing site structures, manipulating network requests, or attempting unauthorized penetrations of core database panels.
  • Using premium access configurations concurrently across different geographic terminal coordinates (account pooling).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The system platforms, rationales, adaptive exam calculations, and tracking dashboards are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint baseline.
